Yeoju Premium Outlets is said to be a joint venture between the two companies. Korea's Shinsegae Group and the American company Simon Properties Group each own 50% of the shares.

Simon Property Group also operates premium outlets in the United States.
The company opened the Yeoju Premium Outlet, Paju Premium Outlet, and Busan Premium Outlet together with Shinsegae Group in Korea.

Yeoju Premium Outlets is divided into one east building and two west buildings.

Yeoju Premium Outlets are open from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
Yeoju Premium Outlets is open even on public holidays.
However, New Year's Day and Chuseok Day are closed.

Of the three buildings, the Yeoju Premium Outlet is the main shopping building.
For first-time visitors, it is recommended to visit the Yeoju Premium Outlet East building first.

There is a food court in Yeoju Premium Outlet. The food court is open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

There are many customers waiting in line at the Gucci store.
There are also guests waiting in line during the day.

The view of Yeoju Premium Outlets is exotic during the day and the night view is great at night.
Children playing and dragging strollers do not interfere with shopping.
The wide roads and large stores are the best places to shop.
